Fibi is built so your gut data stays yours.

What we store, and where

Everything you log in Fibi, from meals and analysis results to symptoms, flare-ups, poop checks, supplements and your quiz answers, is stored on your device only. There is no account system and no server-side database of your logs.

What leaves your device

When you scan a meal, describe one, scan supplements, or chat with Fibi, the photo or text you submit is sent to our AI processing service (a proxy we operate, which calls Anthropic's Claude API) to generate the analysis or reply. These requests are used to produce your result and are not used to build profiles of you. Meal photos are not stored by us after analysis.

Analytics

Fibi keeps a small on-device event log (things like "meal logged", "paywall viewed") to help us improve the app. In this version it never leaves your device.

Your controls

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never show you ads based on it. We never diagnose. Fibi is a wellness companion, not a medical service. If symptoms are frequent or severe, please talk to a doctor.

Changes

When accounts, sync or subscriptions launch, this policy will be updated first and the app will ask again.
